                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING A 1982 MOBILE STREET 
                 SWEEPER VIN #820-42V-1683, W-811, AS SURPLUS 
                 AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SAID TRUCK TO THE 
                 CITY OF ROSSVILLE, GEORGIA FOR A CONSIDERATION 
                 OF ONE DOLLAR ($1.00).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That a 1982 Mobile Street Sweeper, VIN 
       #820-42V-1683, W-811, be and is hereby declared surplus; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that there be and is hereby 
       authorized the sale of said truck to the City of Rossville, 
       Georgia for a consideration of $1.00.
